Season two · Toronto · 2026
A frequency they can never compute. Two worlds this season: raw and industrial at the warehouse, and open sky on the rooftop.
Next edition ticketsThe rebellion
They replaced everything human. So we come together. Dystopia is our answer, a frequency they can never compute.
What started as an underground melodic techno collective in Toronto has grown into something harder to define. Dystopia isn’t just an event. It’s a space where the music, the dark, and the people who show up create something that can’t be replicated, generated, or optimized.

World one
Geary Avenue Warehouse Project
Raw and industrial. The room Dystopia was built in: concrete, lasers, dystopian performers, and a sound system pushed until 5 AM. Season two opened here in April.

World two
Open Aera rooftop
Thirty-nine floors above The Well, the same music under open sky. Doors at 7 PM, afternoon rolling into evening, the skyline standing in for the lasers.
The rooftop
Dystopia Outdoor lives on the Open Aera rooftop, 39 floors above The Well, with the city standing in a full circle around the floor. Doors open at 7 PM and the night runs from golden hour into the dark.
In June the rooftop hosted Dystopia Pride, with CARTFISH making his Toronto debut alongside Valeria Wardini, KVGE and Kamal. CARTFISH founded Blue Current Records to champion queer voices in dance music, which is exactly why he belonged on that lineup. No tokenism, no rainbow-washing. Open sky, open floor, open to everyone.
The season closes under the same sky. Adana Twins headline the last outdoor night, joined by Valeria Wardini and Toronto’s ZOEL.
